 Welcome to Noojee Contact Solutions, a provider of contact centre software designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses. These Terms of Use are intended to explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer.

Noojee Telephony Solutions abides by the Australian Privacy Act of 1988.

 

What information do we collect?
Noojee Telephony Solutions collects information from you when you make enquiries about our products by phone, website or email.
When ordering or registering on our website, as appropriate, you will be asked for your name and email address.
Noojee Telephony Solutions collects phone system information from you when building or maintaining your phone system.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you is obtained and used to assist us in providing our services to you. The information we collect may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information better helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
  • To improve customer services (your information helps us more effectively respond to your customer support needs and requests)

You must have legal capacity including being over the age of 18 to use Noojee Telephony Systems’s services.

Your Information
You are responsible for your User ID and password provided to you by your Noojee Telephony Systems for your phone systems, access to website portals. You must keep it confidential and do not disclose them to third parties.

If you are concerned about the security of your password contact Noojee Telephony Systems to change it.

Your Personal Information
If any of your personal information changes (e.g. your address or credit card details) please promptly advise us of the changes.
If you cease to be a user of the Noojee Telephony Systems web site and or a customer of our suppliers we and or our suppliers will retain information about you in our records.

Noojee Telephony Systems may change its privacy and confidentiality procedures from time to time. A copy of Noojee Telephony Systems’s current Privacy Policy will be posted on its website and a copy can be provided upon request.

We will seek to address any concerns that you have through our complaints handling processes, but if you wish to take matters further you may refer your concerns to the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

 

Delivery and Returns Policy

Noojee Telephony Solutions will deliver Australia wide and internationally for all software products, pre-paid support services and hardware items. However for hardware items to be shipped internationally you will need to contact the Production and Support before placing your order.

All hardware will be sent via Noojee Telephony Solutions preferred courier services.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by contacting our Production and Support department on 1300 NOOJEE (666 533) within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

 

Returns Policy

Returns are subject to Noojee Telephony Solutions Terms and Conditions.

  • For eligible products, you have up to 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Items that cannot be returned include:
    computer software purchased via our website
  • computer software purchased and loaded onto hardware not supplied by Noojee Telephony Solutions
  • support services already provided

If you are not fully satisfied with your hardware purchase, you can return your undamaged item to Noojee Telephony Solution within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email support@noojee.com.au or call 1300 NOOJEE (666 533) to request a return.

The hardware must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the item is not returned in the original packaging and with the included accessories a refund can not be guaranteed.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return, request details to issue a refund, and send you a refund confirmation email on payment of the refund.

Damaged Goods
If you’re having trouble with your new software or hardware item, please contact our Production and Support department at support@noojee.com.au or call 1300 NOOJEE (666 533).
Warranty periods and terms varies from product to product. Please consult your sales representative for details on any particular product or email sales@noojee.com.au.
