If you're looking for answers about how Noojee can work for you, here are some commonly asked questions.

Getting your call centre started

What do I need to set up the call centre software? Are there any minimum technical requirements?

Probably the most important thing you will need is a reliable internet connection. The speed of you require will depend on the number of agents you have. The next thing you will need is a computer for each agent. We don’t mind at all what flavour of computer you would like to use, Windows, Mac or even Linux (like us). You also can choose PC or laptop, we don’t mind either. We would like it to be fairly new, anything you can buy off the shelf now or even 3 years ago will be fine.

Constant Internet connection;
Sound Card: Full-duplex, 16-bit or use USB headset

How long does it take to get started?
The setup of your system is typically a week, depending on your requirements. This allows us time to understand your needs, develop and deliver the system plus arrange any additional integration that may be required.
What support do I get once the system is installed?
We provide 24/7 phone and email support for queries with guaranteed response times, and our remote access and automated notifications allow us to provide proactive response to any issues that occur with your system.

Outbound & lead cleansing

What is the difference between the different dialer modes?
Simply put how aggressively you want to call your leads. The system either dials 1 number per agent or multiple numbers, you can control how many numbers that is.
Do I need to wash my leads through the DNC before submitting leads for Lead Cleansing?
No. Noojee has consulted with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) who are responsible for the administration of the Do Not Call Registry Legislation. ACMA have confirmed in writing that the process of cleansing leads is not a telemarketing action and therefore leads do not need to be washed before being submitted to the Lead Cleansing service.

Inbound & IVR

What is ACD, how does it work?
ACD stands for Automatic Call Distribution, or as we call them queues. It is the tool that gives you control over how your inbound calls are handled. Including which agents they speak to, what music they hear and what escalation processes are followed.

About Noojee

Where does the name Noojee come from?
Brett and Deneille founded a software development company in 1993. At the time they were living in an apartment in a converted slipper factory. The name on the building was Noojee Slippers. So when the time came to name their newly founded company, Noojee Software was born. Many years later they discovered it is also the name of a small town in country Victoria.
