Noojee Telephony Solutions (NTS) was established in 2006 by Brett Sutton and Paul Hales. Originally named Asterisk Integrated Telephony Pty Ltd (Asterisk IT), the team provided support for businesses running Asterisk systems and also installed Asterisk telephony systems for businesses requiring phone systems.
Today the call centre software provider is known as Noojee Contact Solutions, and provides worldwide SaaS contact centre telephony solutions for small and mid-sized businesses requiring inbound and outbound contact centres.
I was very impressed with the Noojee SaaS and the team. In a very short timeframe we went from phones that rang to a functioning call centre. This included reporting, with live statistical analysis of call queues, and most importantly the customers experience.
